Roseline Joseph is a transformational project leader who utilizes her 15 years of healthcare experience to manage operational and technology programs as a Senior Project manager at Quest Diagnostics. Roseline manages cross-functional teams focused on continuous process improvement initiatives that drive strategic and organizational change. Prior to her current role, Roseline oversaw the quality assurance and compliance for laboratories, hospitals, surgery centers and outpatient offices. She studied Biology at Florida Atlantic University and has had Six Sigma black belt & project management training. She is a Palm Beach County native and recently moved back from the Central Florida area with her family.

Roseline is the proud mother of 2 spirited and loving boys who she lovingly refers to as her Creatives and are her “Why” for the work she does today. As the daughter of Haitian immigrants, it was always driven into her the importance and the impact of paving the way for future generations. She teaches workshops and works with small business owners in the South Florida area on how to implement sustainable operational processes. She has recently joined the board of Dare to be a Girl, an organization that provides gender-specific preventative, identity and leadership programming in a holistic manner to young girls. Roseline is also in the process of launching a podcast for parents with children who have educational support needs. This is an essential need in all communities as it will create much needed, overdue dialogue between educational and community partners with parents needing support.

Roseline feels that by becoming an NLC fellow, she will further develop her skills as a community leader, resource and advocate.
