A native of Kansas, Rob has lived in 5 different cities in the last 6 years. Calling Columbus, OH home for nearly 2 years he plans to put down roots with a city he'd never seen prior to moving. Passionate about ending transphobia, racism, and AIDS phobia in both the LGBTQ+ community he belongs to or the reality he finds himself living in, Rob is committed to doing all he can to lift the voices of the marginalized.
As head of an LGBTQ+ inclusive sports league and having a full time, his best friend is Siri and his calendar. By day he works as a product owner for warehouse management software at a local manufacturing firm. At night he stays busy networking with the local community and Stonewall Sports.
In addition to being passionate about activism, Rob is an NPR news and podcast junkie. His favorites include Wait, Wait... Don't Tell Me! and Pod Save America. He loves being in the know and keeping up to date with the news of the day. After all, his dream job is to be a US Senator.
