Rachel Mondesir is a driven leader that is dedicated to the advancement of quality education for all children. She has over ten years of experience working in education and she understands the need for advocacy and collaboration across sectors for reaching this goal. Through advocacy efforts she is working diligently to empower families and communities to choose, pursue and excel in all of their educational endeavors. She has served faithfully in multiple leadership positions across Palm Beach County and aspires to continue to foster opportunities that impact the progression and strengthening of Palm Beach County.
Rachel Mondesir is a two time alumna of Florida Atlantic University and holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration. She serves as the Policy Chair of the Black Child Development Institute- Ft. Lauderdale Chapter and is a member of the South Florida chapter of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators. She is passionate about learning, civic engagement, public policy and empowering individuals to make the best of each moment to celebrate a beautiful life.
