Rachel Kirchoff promotes healing, restoration, and hope in St. Louis-area communities. Her career is rooted in nonprofit administration, providing targeted services and programming for underserved populations and communities in crisis.
In her previous roles with Mission: St. Louis, Rebirth: East. St. Louis, and Ferguson Youth Initiative, Rachel dedicated herself to community development initiatives, including programs that provide education, job training, housing, and youth development services for impoverished and underserved neighborhoods. Although her program management, process improvement, and nonprofit administration prowess drove results in these organizations, Rachel's professional approach is grounded in the belief that authentic relationship and servant leadership are foundational to effectively address individual needs and transform lives.
In 2018, Rachel joined the team at Grand Center, Inc (GCI). to promote operational excellence and support the development of the Grand Center Community Improvement Districts (CID). In her tenure, Rachel has partnered closely with the organization's board of directors, and has championed neighborhood improvement projects to better the Arts District and the St. Louis region.
As an active member of the local recovery community, Rachel walks alongside individuals who wrestle with addiction and substance abuse. Her dream is to better resource the recovery community in St. Louis and develop robust programs for relationship-centric community, healing, and growth.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams, and sampling the incredible St. Louis arts scene.
