Paul Davis has spent his career in local government successfully empowering communities and building relationships for over ten years. Paul is the senior staff aide to the Chairman Sharon Bulova of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors. His policy portfolio areas include transportation, budget, taxation, and other fiscal subject areas related to Fairfax County. As an experienced aide with over a decade of experience in constituent and government relations, Paul is looking to shake up the traditional communication paradigms with bold ideas.
As Co-President of the Fairfax Young Democrats, Paul helped expand the influence and capacity of the organization. Through innovative programming and outreach strategies, Fairfax Young Democrats have been one of the most successful youth advocacy organizations in Fairfax County. In addition to his responsibilities to his local young democrats' chapter, Paul serves as the Membership Director for the Virginia Young Democrats organization. Previously, Paul has served on leadership teams with SCAN of Northern Virginia, Fairfax County Democratic Committee, Young Democrats of America, and Fairfax County Government.
He is a graduate of the University of Virginia Sorensen Institute of Political Leadership Emerging Leaders Program in 2015. Paul earned a Bachelor of Political Science from James Madison University and a graduate certificate in Local Government Management from Virginia Tech.
