Olivia is a recent graduate of the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University, double majoring in public policy and strategic communications, and spending a semester at the Faculty of Arts at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.
Growing up in southwestern Ohio on a little farm, she found home and continues to find home in small, strong communities. She has previously worked with the City of Columbus via the Smart Columbus project, advocating for innovative solutions for equitable and accessible transportation in Central Ohio. She has previously been with the Columbus Foundation as a Summer Fellow, Harness Magazine as a writer and e-commerce curator, as well as LEAD Ohio, an organization working to build the progressive pipeline for local and statewide candidates.
Olivia now works as the Digital Content Manager for Ohio Women's Alliance, a statewide organization dedicated to resourcing and uplifting women/femme changemakers, organizers and activists. Through this role she manages external communication for the nonprofit and creates engaging content to share with and connect people through digital platforms. She is an avid reader, writer and thrifter who is passionate about gender/racial equity, public transit access, slow/ethical fashion, conscientious travel and creative, radical communication.
