Molly O'Connor was raised in Kansas City, and attended Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. She graduated cum laude with high honors and distinction in her American Students major, and a minor in English Literature. She began her career in electoral politics in 2016 organizing for the Bond & Mill in Denver, CO, and then returned to Ohio as a community organizer on Hillary Clinton's presidential race.
