Meghan Hoskins, M.Sc. (she/her pronouns) is currently a Climate Action Field Organizer with the League of Conservation Voters (LCV), where she works with volunteers to show broad support for Climate Action. Hoskins graduated summa cum laude from Indiana State University in 2015 with a B.A. in Psychology, minors in Spanish and Women's Studies, and a Global Perspectives focus in the Honors Program. She holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Studies with a Concentration in Advocacy for Social Justice and Sustainability from Antioch University New England (AUNE).
During her time at AUNE, she served as a Community Fellow with NextGen Climate NH, an Advocacy Intern with Cultural Survival, and AUNE U.S. Congressional Progressive Caucus Fellow. As AUNE U.S. Congressional Progressive Caucus Fellow, Hoskins worked for U.S. Congressional Progressive Caucus Co-Chair Rep. Raúl Grijalva (D-AZ). Hoskins worked for Rep. Grijalva on the House Committee on Natural Resources Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, where she advanced Ranking Member Grijalva's agenda by researching and co-authoring investigative reports and preparing congressional hearings.
After graduating from AUNE in December 2017, Hoskins worked on U.S. Congressional Candidate Lincoln Soldati's campaign for New Hampshire's 1st Congressional District seat as his Deputy Finance Director. Hoskins helped Soldati's campaign raise over $185,000 for the cycle in a competitive 11-way primary. Hoskins went on to work as the Co?s County Field Organizer for the New Hampshire Democratic Party's Coordinated Campaign in the 2018 General Election, where she helped successfully flip an Executive Council seat that Republicans had held for over fifty years.
Hoskins is a published poet, artist, and violinist. She loves to travel, hike, swim, read, and paint. She also loves animals and taking care of her houseplants, including three generations of spider plants and a tiny cactus.
