Meaghan and her family founded Beetnik Foods, an organic prepared foods company, where she serves as the Director of Operations. Her operational expertise and enthusiasm have grown Beetnik’s footprint from a few organic food co-ops in her hometown of Austin, TX to a national brand with products on shelf in 6,000 stores around the country. She is also a certified yoga instructor and longtime student of Ayurveda. On the weekends, you can catch her cycling around City Park or planning her wedding with her fiance Ben in Mid-City, New Orleans.
