Joy Xi is passionate about building community and fostering dialogue across different sources of identity and belief. Joy founded the Denver chapter of the Common Space Forum, an in-person discussion forum which promotes informed dialogue about issues facing society. She is a current board member of World Pulse, an online platform whose mission is to amplify women's voices for change, and a former board member of Bethany Center Senior Center, an affordable senior housing facility in San Francisco.
Joy is currently a product manager at Google and has previously worked in venture capital and management consulting. Joy holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and both an MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
Joy recently moved to Denver after growing up in China and then living in Chicago, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. In her free time, she enjoys having outdoor adventures, hosting dinner parties, reading fiction, and Googling answers to all the "how" and "why" questions that come to mind.
