Joe is a business strategy professional currently working as a Business Analytics Senior Manager for Citigroup. He earned his MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, where he served as President of the Goizeuta Black MBA Association. While at Goizueta, he concentrated in Strategy and helped non-profits develop solutions to business challenges as a member of the Goizueta Non-Profit Consultancy. He has varied skills which include management consulting, analytics, consumer marketing, risk management, financial crimes - and technology.
Joe has taken an active role in community development initiatives, serving as corporate citizenship lead at Accenture, as well as community outreach lead with Citi's Black Heritage Network. He also takes an active role in financial literacy and mentoring with national programs such as Junior Achievement and iMentor. He has previously served as a junior board member of the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance as well.
Joe was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and completed his undergraduate degree at Hofstra University, majoring in Business Administration. In his professional career he has worked for multinational corporations Citigroup and Accenture, and held a quasi-government role with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Joe is passionate about policies pertaining to education and gun reform, as well as social awareness. In his spare time he enjoys sports, traveling, and reading fiction series novels.
