Joe Santini is a Colorado native and holds an honors B.S. from Colorado State University in Business Management. He is currently a Program Manager at Uncharted, a social impact accelerator that builds coordinated movements of people to tackle problems from all angles. Unlike other accelerator programs that solely focus on growing companies, Uncharted zeroes in on a big, persistent problem, and identifies what's fueling it. As Program Manager, Joe has successfully managed accelerators in partnership with the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation and Visible Mobile, ultimately impacting millions of Americans. Prior to Uncharted, Joe worked as a freelance marketer and strategist in Sri Lanka for two years assisting local businesses to modernize their operations. In undergrad, Joe ran programs for international students at CSU's College of Business. He founded the Global Business Network, an undergraduate organization dedicated to bridging the gap between international and domestic students at the college. The National Career Development Association nominated the Global Business Network for their Service to International Students Award and the club was featured as a best practice for enhancing international student experiences at the International Educators Conference. Joe is an avid writer and was a Meaningful Travel Insider for GoAbroad.com where he designed guides to encourage meaningful travel in a variety of different locations, industries, and institutions. When he's not working, Joe likes to review milkshakes, go see superhero movies, and find excuses to go to the coast and surf for a long weekend.
