Jessica Wilson brings a global perspective and extensive background in program management and communications to her work at SHIFT Consulting—a management consulting firm based out of Baltimore.
Prior to joining SHIFT, Jessica was a Senior Program Officer at the U.S. Department of State, overseeing the Fulbright Program in South and Central Asia. She previously served under the Obama Administration, as a Policy Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, working on immigration and cyber-security policy in the Middle East and North Africa. Jessica started her career and appreciation for public service at the International Rescue Committee, supporting refugee and immigrant communities in San Diego.
Jessica graduated with a dual degree in International Relations, and Arabic Language and Literature from Tufts University. Currently, she is a graduate student at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, working towards an International MBA degree. Jessica is a native of San Diego, and currently lives in Baltimore with her husband.
