Haifa Baptiste serves as the Development Manager at the Camaraderie Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports veterans and their families with services like mental health Counseling and transition readiness. In her position, she's responsible for special events, grant writing, and other fundraising initiatives to support the programs that benefit veterans and their families. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor in Health Services Administration, a Master in Nonprofit Management, and certificate in Fundraising. Prior to working at Camaraderie Foundation, Haifa worked in a similar role at Clean the World Foundation. She has passion for fundraising and helping organizations support their programs and missions. Haifa is passionate about many causes, including mental health, poverty, and issues that affect women and children. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and looking for ways to get involved with her community. She recently volunteered with the Early Learning Coalition's Book Buddy Program, which promotes early literacy and writing skills in young children. Haifa is dedicated to the betterment of her community and wants to help improve living conditions for as many people as possible. When she's not working or volunteering, she enjoys writing, reading, crocheting and spending time with her chihuahua pup, Angel.
