Gary Pelletier
American Red Cross, Disaster Program Manager

Gary Pelletier is a graduate of Lynn University, class of 2015, with a Bachelor of Science, in Business Administration, with a specialization in Aviation Management and a minor in Psychology. He is a recipient of the Male Student Leader of the Year Award (2013), and the President’s Award (2015).

Gary completed his Master of Education degree, at the University of West Florida in Student Affairs Administration. While at the University of West Florida he served as a Hall Director for the department of Housing at the University. He was the recipient in 2016 for Graduate Assistant of the year and in 2017 was honored with the Graduate Exemplar award by his Master’s program. Prior to his current position, Gary served as a Disaster Program Manager for the American Red Cross in North Florida. A big part of what Gary does in his job is preparedness and community partnerships, which is something he certainly enjoys working on.

Gary is a true humanitarian who enjoys serving his community. Gary has been on several service trips, including travels to Cambodia and to Dominica Republic. Just recently Gary retuned from a three-week deployment to North Carolina assisting those impacted by Hurricane Florence. In his spare time Gary gives back to his Alma Mater as an Alumni Advisor to a student organization.
