Erin Mitchell Richeson is an award-winning global diversity and inclusion strategist, corporate social responsibility leader and influencer whose work focuses on designing and implementing people solutions that drive business results, improve the employee experience and strengthen community partnerships.
She is a seasoned practitioner with experience in the public and private sectors and currently is the Associate Director, Global D&I Strategy and Operations at Kimberly-Clark. In this role, she infuses best practices of Talent Management, Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion to implement solutions that improve diversity in the talent pipeline and create more inclusive work environments around the world. Erin began her career as an attorney in Washington, D.C. at a boutique law firm where she specialized in civil and entertainment litigation. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College and received a J.D. from University of Georgia, during which time she studied at Oxford University and Georgetown Law.
Erin is driven by a deep-rooted commitment to the advocacy of others and centers her service in the areas of education, capability-building, economic access, veterans affairs and affordable housing. As a result, Erin is involved in various capacities, with community organizations across metro-Atlanta. Her roles range from strategic consultant, corporate liaison, graphic designer and general volunteer.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys graphic design, entertaining and traveling. Erin and her husband, Glenn live in Smyrna with their two sons.
