Ericka Persson is the National Digital Campaigns Manager at the Working Families Party. She connects online organizing to real world advocacy and change by finding new strategies to engage audiences, and specializes in mixing organic reach with paid digital advertising. She believes organizing is fundamentally about meeting people where they're at, and taking them with you -- and on the internet, there are virtually endless channels to meet people where they're at. When she's not working with the Working Families Party, she helps on digital and electoral strategy work on Survived and Punished Mass Commutations campaign, working to free incarcerated survivors of gender based violence in New York. Formerly, she served as advocacy chair of the Ms. Foundation's Young Professionals Advisory Committee, and as a fellow with YP4.
