Eliza Grady
Clearesult, Program Coordinator

Eliza Grady is the program coordinator for large commercial rebate programs at the environmental consulting firm, Clearesult. In this role, Eliza is responsible for managing project compliance, tracking project status, and delivering project reports to CPS Energy.

As an entrepreneur, Eliza was the Chief Development Officer at hyperloop startup, Transonic Transportation. Here she successfully raised the start up’s first round of seed funding, established relationships with the Texas Governor’s Office, the Office of the Texas Speaker of the House, and graduated from the StartOut entrepreneurial bootcamp in San Francisco, California.

Prior to working in sustainability, Eliza worked in San Antonio and Texas politics. In 2017, she successfully served as the regional field director for Ron Nirenberg’s mayoral campaign. And in 2016, she worked as the finance assistant on Pete Gallego’s congressional campaign. While she may not work in politics anymore, she still remains politically active. Eliza is currently deputized as a volunteer deputy registrar in Bexar and Travis county, and in 2018, she volunteered as phonebank captain on Beto O'Rourke’s senate campaign.

Eliza graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas; here, she studied philosophy and political science. As a student, Eliza served as an officer on the Student Programming Board, and orientation team. She assisted in establishing Trinity's chapter of Texas Freedom Network, and enjoyed participating in philosophy club. She is currently a member of the Trinity University Women's Club.
