Eleina Raines is the founder of Lead to Achieve, LLC, an education consulting and campaign strategy firm with a strong commitment to advancing equity and inclusion. She began her education advocacy career as a dedicated Teach for America corps member, where she garnered over a decade of experience, including 3 years in South Korea. During her tenure Eleina increased student achievement in both math and reading, earning her several national accolades and awards.
An advocate for restorative justice in our schools, Eleina facilitated professional development for teachers and leaders, resulting in positive shifts in school culture & lower suspension rates.
Naturally, Eleina’s passion for education reform and civic engagement lead her to cultivate & empower community champions running for public office. She has effectively launched and managed several local successful political campaigns on school choice, education policy, and public education reform.
As an avid philanthropist, Eleina currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Institute for Healthcare and Human Trafficking and the Harvard Debate Council Diversity Project. She is also an ambassador for Kicks 4 The City, a non-profit committed to serving the homeless community of Atlanta. Eleina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Florida State University, and is currently pursuing her graduate degree from Syracuse University. She is a proud member of Junior League of Atlanta and enjoys traveling, mentoring, and exploring new cultures.
