Dylan serves as the Grants Manager and as a Constituent Services Representative for Congressman David Scott, primarily dealing with issues regarding the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to joining Congressman Scott’s office, Dylan worked for the Democratic Party of Georgia, United Way of South Carolina, and several local and statewide campaigns. Dylan currently sits on the Red Clay Democrats Board of Directors as Vice Chairman. He has previously served on the Young Professionals Board of Families First and as Political Director for Young Democrats of Atlanta.
An Eagle Scout, Dylan has been very active in volunteerism, completing over 1,000 hours of volunteer work during his college years alone. He attended the Georgia Governors Honors Program in 2005 with a focus in social studies and went on to work as a Resident Assistant for the program. A graduate of The George Washington University Class of 2010 with a B.A. in Political Science, Dylan went on to be commissioned as a Second Lieutenant through the United States Army Officer Candidate School in 2011. He served with an aeromedical evacuation unit based out of Clearwater, Florida. He was Medically Retired from the Army in 2018.
