Dr. Dominique Perry is a courageous servant leader who believes that a simple smile goes a long way. By day, Dr. Perry is a Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the corporate offices of an OEM automotive company in Metro-Detroit. Dr. Perry is an advocate for all things development, at all levels, and has a specific passion for leadership development and inclusion. Dr. Perry has worked in Human Resources for over ten years in several positions across various sectors, with responsibility for numerous aspects of Human Resources including business partnership, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, total rewards, etc. Additionally, Dr. Perry has experience in social services, as she has worked at a youth intervention home, young adult transitional living programs, foster care programs, and college prep programs for inner-city youth. Recently, Dr. Perry has shown interest in advocating for veterans' success re-civilianizing post military service.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Dr. Perry volunteers with many local professional, civic, faith-based, and social organizations such as Detroit Young Professionals, The City of Farmington Hills Boards and Commissions, Vista Maria, Local Circles, etc. Dr. Perry earned her undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in Communications and Cultural Studies, her graduate degree from Marygrove College in Human Resource Management, and in 2019, a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Dr. Perry appreciates life balance as she enjoys traveling, the arts, beauty and fashion, planning and hosting events, and spending time with loved ones.
