Founder/ CEO of Inspire Youths Services, Inc., Devon Lewis-Buchanan was raised in West Palm Beach, FL, where he attended Suncoast High School. Upon graduation, he earned a scholarship to play football and attend The University of Louisiana at Lafayette, graduating with a degree in behavioral science.
Devon has since transitioned his passion and leadership into youth mental health advocacy. Devon founded Inspire Youths Services, Inc. in 2017 to aid in servicing youth the tools necessary to build on mental resilience aiding in the transition from adolescence to independence. Specializing in adolescent mental health and community justice reform, Devon has presented at national conferences, universities, and conducted professional developments to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health while increasing its education amongst youth and families.
Devon is a loving father to his son Samson Marley who is a member of the Autism Spectrum community. Devon is a recent graduate obtaining his master's degree in social work from Barry University in December 2019. Devon serves on several boards, Bright Futures Academy, Healthier Neighbors Steering Committee, and the BeWell Palm Beach County Stewardship Council.
