Crystal Brumfield is an Program Specialist with the Texas Education Agency where she works on the implementation of State and Federal Education Policy for Special Populations. She has served in the Education Administration industry since 2015 following the completion of her Master's in Education Policy and Planning from the University of Texas-Austin. During her time at the University of Texas, Crystal was competitively selected to complete a summer policy fellowship in Washington, D.C. with the Congressman Bill Archer Policy Center, where she interned at The Education Trust as a legislative affairs aide.
Professionally, Crystal has also served as a policy and legal strategist for the District of Columbia Public Schools. In her free time, Crystal enjoys being a running coach for Girls on the Run, Inc. and serving as the chapter chair for the University of Texas Archer Center-Houston Chapter.
