Christina Hayes is the chief executive officer of "The Christina Project for Lupus Awareness." She is a Lupus Warrior who helps people that suffer from autoimmune diseases such as Lupus. She believes it is important to know you can still live your life in spite of having a chronic illness and it is vital to uplift and provide resources to those that are ill as a part of helping improve one's health.
For the last eleven years since her diagnosis of Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, Christina has been spreading awareness with The Christina Project. She goes into hospitals with gifts of love and hope for patients. Christina also serves on the board as Program Coordinator for the FRIENDS Nonprofit organization at The University of Michigan Hospital.
Supporting people enduring health issues is Christina's passion based off her own life experiences. Connecting with the community in collaborations to help those suffering can make a world of a difference.
Christina also works part time in the Aviation Industry.
When Christina is not busy and advocating for patients she enjoys motherhood being a Mom to a beautiful 4 year old daughter. She also enjoys traveling.
