Caprice Smith

Caprice Smith is a native of Saint Petersburg, Florida. She later moved to Tallahassee Florida for five years where she graduated with honors from the Prestigious Florida State University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work. Caprice now resides in Tampa, Florida where she works as a Licensed practicing therapist.

Caprice is a young leader in her community and is striving daily to change the face of mental health in minority communities. She wears many different hats in the Tampa Bay area to cultivate change. Caprice serves as the Vice President of Pretty Young Bosses INC. which is a non-profit organization focusing on youth mentoring and sisterhood. She's the founder of QueenSPEAKS, an adult mentoring and women's empowerment group. She also created CapriceSpeaks, a brand and platform where she speaks at local community events about the importance of mental health awareness and she creates weekly motivational videos to share on social media to reach a vast majority of the population. She believes in taking a progressive stance in her community and being the change that is needing.
