Brooke Rothman
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Senior Advisor, Patient & Family Experience

Brooke Rothman is a Senior Advisor in the Patient & Family Experience Division at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She translates patient and family feedback into initiatives that aim to improve the patient and family experience across CHOP. Brooke was previously a Research Associate at Branch Associates, where she conducted qualitative research and evaluation for social programs implemented by nonprofits, foundations, and government agencies. She also worked at PolicyLab at CHOP as a clinical research coordinator for studies that investigated barriers to healthcare access for Philadelphia families.

Brooke has proudly lived in Philadelphia for over 10 years and grew up nearby in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She serves as Vice Chair of the Board of the Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition (PICC) and has recently begun serving her neighborhood as a Fairmount Civic Association Representative to the Fairmount Community Development Corporation Board. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor’s degree from McGill University.
