Brad Christian-Sallis has always had a passion for empowering citizens and organizing them to act. He was inspired at a young age by his grandfather, a former civil rights lawyer, to become an informed and engaged citizen. Brad has worked on various political campaigns in Nebraska and Iowa that align with this passion and provide an opportunity to do good in his community. Since 2017, Brad has worked at Civic Nebraska where he currently serves as the Voting Rights Field Director.
While working for Civic Nebraska, Brad, has had the opportunity to combine his passion for civic engagement and the lessons he learned at Creighton Prep High School to be a man for others. In his role, he oversees Civic Nebraska’s expanding field team and on-ground efforts such as Civic Nebraska’s election protection program and robust get-out-the-vote efforts. He works with Civic Nebraska’s voting rights field organizers, volunteer Voting Rights Advocates, and a range of community partners to educate and organize grassroots supporters of voting rights and related issues across Nebraska.
