Bailey is a proud native North Carolinian whose passion for service is founded in her experiences growing up in a tight-knit rural community. Informed by the diversity of her academic background and professional career, she strives to give back to her community and help improve the lives of all persons across the state of North Carolina.

In her professional career Bailey is a branding strategist and marketing professional who currently works as a Brand Manager for Dr. Scholl's Socks and Copper Sole USA. In this role she focuses on fostering cross-functional collaboration, cultivating memorable customer experiences, and ensuring product and brand integrity to drive business results. Her service on a corporate packaging task force, also influences corporate-wide process improvements and cost saving initiatives.

A three-time graduate of Wake Forest University, Bailey holds a diverse and extensive academic background. Her undergraduate degree consists of a B.A. in Religion, minors in Biology and Psychology, and a concentration in Religion and Public Engagement. She also holds two master's degrees from Wake Forest University School of Business; a M.S. in Management and a Master of Business Administration. During her undergraduate and graduate careers, she was involved in numerous leadership roles including President and Founder of Wake Forest University HOSA, Secretary of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, WFU Leadership Laureate, MSM Employer Relations Ambassador, and MBA Program Ambassador. During her schooling, Bailey also studied abroad in Indonesia and participated in academic global immersion trips to Cuba, Ecuador, and El Salvador.Bailey serves her community through political activism and volunteering with the North Carolina Democratic Party. From managing local campaigns and canvassing, to registering voters; she is passionate about advocating for the inclusion and representation of diverse voices across her state. Within this political engagement, Bailey is most passionate about policies concerning education, voting rights, women's rights, social justice, and justice system reform. Currently she serves as the Vice President of Membership for the Young Democrats of North Carolina, Treasurer for the 5th Congressional District Democratic Committee, and 3rd Vice Chair for the Yadkin County Democratic Party.

In her spare time, Bailey enjoys traveling, photography, dancing Salsa and Bachata, and spending as much time as possible with friends, family, and Avalanche the family dog.
