Ariba Qureshi
Manager, Individual Giving, External Affairs, Teach For America

Ariba Qureshi is the manager of Individual Giving at Teach For America Nashville-Chattanooga. In this role she manages the portfolio of individual donors, creates and executes stewardship plans, and sets strategy to develop champions for the work of teachers, alumni, and staff members, while helping individuals accomplish their personal philanthropic goals. She partners closely with the Managing Director, External Affairs, the Deputy Executive Director (based in Chattanooga),and the Executive Director (based in Nashville). In her current role, Ariba has committed to pursuing equity through building strong relationships within the community.

Prior to joining Teach For America, Ariba worked in electoral work, both local and state-wide. Most recently a member of the fundraising team on the Karl Dean for Governor campaign, as an in-state fundraiser. In addition to this, Ariba has a background in grassroots organizing, working first as a field organizer within political campaigns and a non-profit organizer.

Ariba graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2015 with a degree in Political Science and Global Studies.
