At the organization she led outreach efforts and managed the organization's research program.
She formerly served as the American Association of University Women as a Youth Representative to the United Nations. During her two-year term, Toni organized an NGO-led briefing entitled "Young Women's Leadership and Voices at the UN," which was attended by 130+ participants at the 61st Commission on the Status of Women. In 2016, Toni founded We Will Lead, an organization that hosts conferences to introduce middle school girls to politics and help them see themselves as leaders in their communities now and in the future. During the conference, participants have the opportunity to meet women leaders in politics, develop a group community action project, and participate in a dialogue about the importance of girls supporting girls. In the past two years, over 70 girl leaders have benefited from the program.
