Andre D. Fields serves as the Political and PAC Director for Fair Fight, a voting rights based organization that promotes free and fair elections in Georgia and around the country, encourages voter participation in elections, and educates voters about elections and their voting rights. Fair Fight brings awareness to the public on election reform, advocates for election reform at all levels, and engages in targeted voter registration and other voter outreach programs and communications. In his role, he is responsible for the organization's electoral work on the federal, state, and local level, in addition to being the organization's liaison for all legislative issues.
Before Fair Fight, Andre served as Special Assistant to the Stacey Abrams for Governor campaign from 2017-2018. Additionally, he served the Georgia House Democratic Caucus, first as an organizer in Southwest Georgia and then as a Legislative and Policy Aide at the State Capitol. Additionally, Mr. Fields has spent time organizing in Louisiana, and in his native state of New York, where he got his start with the Working Families Party after graduating from the State University of New York at Oswego in 2010, with a degree in Political Science.
A self-described bibliophile, Andre is an avid reader, who enjoys political biographies, and Black Literature. In addition, he enjoys nature and animals. He resides in Atlanta with his four-year old shorkie pup, Bella.
