Alexa Hanna

Alexa Hanna is a qualitative research on the corporate technology user experience team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Over the course of her career, she has helped a variety of Ohio’s Fortune 500 companies to employ empathy in order to better understand and serve their customers, while identifying strategic opportunities for innovation. Previously, Alexa worked as a product designer and holds five patents and a BFA an industrial design from CCAD.

Outside of work, Alexa volunteers as much as possible. She was a 2019 NLC Columbus fellow, is a 2020 Create Columbus commissioner, and previously served on Yes We Can Columbus’s steering committee.

When not working, volunteering, or spending time with friends, Alexa can be found caring for her many, many plants and 3 cats
