Aldrin Vinton is a recent graduate of Berea College where he studied psychology and worked as the Student Manager in the Office of Admissions. As Student Manager, Aldrin trained ambassadors in order to increase knowledge about Berea College. He focused on communication, honesty, understanding, critical thinking, and boldness to empower future leaders. Aldrin founded the Student Vision Team to provide a direct link between student ambassador perspectives and Admissions Executive Staff.

Furthermore, Aldrin organized a dialogue among Black Men to explore the current definition of manhood, and the various ways it impacts violence as an intern in Mayor Greg Fischer's Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods. He also led a team to edit the 2019 My Brother's Keeper Louisville Report. Aldrin is a member mentor in the S.U.C.C.E.S.S mentorship and the Black Male Leadership Initiative. He raised more than $7,000 as a caller in the Berea College Phonathon. Aldrin researched census data regarding those with low socioeconomic status and the stigmas with which they are associated.
