Aditi started her career as a Teach For America corps member, teaching 9th grade biology and ESL in Dallas, TX. She spent three years in Mumbai, India helping Teach For India build up their classroom strategy and coaching cohorts of Fellows who taught in low-income classrooms. Aditi has held different strategy roles at Teach For America since her return to the US in 2014. She launched the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) strategy, impacting over 60,000 students in Texas and was recognized as a "Millennial to Watch" by Dallas Weekly in 2017 for the systemic impact of her work. Most recently, she overhauled TFA's Alumni Impact strategy in Nevada, supporting alumni of the program to access high impact opportunities and development. She is a Leadership ISD Fellow, a Public Voices Greenhouse Fellow with The OpED Project, and a founding member of the board of directors for Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN)-Dallas.

Aditi graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a major in Biology and Spanish and a minor in Chemistry. She is currently in graduate school pursuing her MBA at University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Darden Board Fellow with Charlottesville Pride.
