What can I expect from the application and selection process?

After the application deadline, the applications are reviewed by the local Selections Committee. After this initial review, the applicant may be invited to an interview. The interview is in person, hosted by the Chapter Selections Committee, and will last about 30 minutes. After the interview round, applicants are then reviewed, and final selections are made. Final selection is done in December immediately preceding the January Institute sessions.
