U.S. Senator Bob Casey to address NLC National Leadership Retreat
U.S. Senator Bob Casey will discuss the importance of the next generation of leadership and future of the progressive movement with NLC leaders
WASHINGTON (July 10, 2017) – Today, New Leaders Council (NLC) announced that U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) will address the annual NLC National Leadership Retreat hosted in Pittsburgh, PA.

U.S. Senator Bob Casey is Pennsylvania’s senior senator. He serves on four committees including the Senate Finance Committee and the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee. Senator Casey was the prime sponsor of landmark legislation for individuals with disabilities and has fought to ensure that every American has an outstanding, well-rounded education beginning at birth.
The annual NLC National Leadership Retreat brings together hundreds of progressive young professionals from communities across the nation. These leaders will gather in Pittsburgh to chart a course for the future of NLC and the progressive movement.
