Hillary Clinton Taps 2015 NLC DC Fellow Lorella Praeli As Latino Outreach Director
Statement Regarding the Appointment of NLC DC '15 Fellow Lorella Praeli to the Clinton Campaign
New Leaders Council (NLC) DC and its national leadership release the following statements regarding the announcement of NLC DC alumna Lorella Praeli as Latino Outreach Director for the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign:
“NLC DC congratulates 2015 Fellow, activist, and DREAMer Lorella Praeli on her well-deserved appointment,” said NLC DC Chapter Co-Directors Yuh Wen Ling, Cathy Yu, and Andrew Rabens in a joint statement. “She is a proven leader whose political acumen and courage have rightfully earned her the trust and respect of even the most seasoned organizers, lobbyists, and political strategists. Lorella is wonderfully representative of the leadership that NLC DC hopes to cultivate and support through its programs. NLC DC is proud of her many accomplishments and continued dedication to immigration reform and the Latino community. We wish her well in her new endeavor.”
