WASHINGTON—Today, New Leaders Council announced that Richard Fowler – millennial media strategist, TV news contributor and nationally syndicated radio host—will join as a Senior Fellow advising on the media, electoral messaging and training.  This move will ensure that the NLC remains on the cutting edge of communication, as the council emerges as the foundation and future of the progressive community.

Fowler’s work has been instrumental in breaking down the age barrier and changing the political narrative in Washington and throughout the country. This comes as a result of  his extensive media strategy and engagement work, his nationally syndicated radio program  and his contribution to our country’s 24 hour news cycle.

“Richard Fowler is an excellent example of rising leadership in this country. We are excited and proud to have Richard as an integral part of our team.” – Mark Riddle, New Leaders Council Executive Director

“This new role serves as  a capstone of the work that has been done by myself, my show and many others to  amplify the emerging electorate, empower the working class and give voice to those who remain voiceless by our society,” said Richard A. Fowler. “I am excited to take on this challenge and plan to use resources from my firm—the Richard Media Company—and other endeavors to bring the New Leaders Council to the forefront of our nation’s politics.”

Fowler’s radio program, the Richard Fowler Show, can be heard in 9.1 million homes and is part of the Young Turks Network, a muilti-channel network on YouTube. Fowler  is also the co-founder of Richard Media Company, a boutique messaging, public relations, and production outfit located in Washington, D.C.
